There are two steps required to make a Project live and ready for dissemination to HCPs - (1) approving your Project and (2) activating your Project.

Approving your Project:

The first step is to approve your Project, as prepared by the publisher. This step advances your Project from Customer Review to Approved (not yet live). This is the stage which might include the MLR (medical, legal, and regulatory) review process.

This step can be accomplished in one of two ways:

  • If you are registered and logged into Engraffo, you can click Approve from the Current Status box on your Project page. This will immediately advance your Project to the Approved (not yet live) stage. You can then subsequently activate your Project (advance to Live stage) from the same location.

  • If you are not registered with Engraffo, you will need to contact your publisher or vendor to approve your Project.

Activating your Project:

Once a Project is approved, the final step is activation. When a Project is activated, it advances from the Approved (not yet live) stage to the Live stage. This can be accomplished in one of two ways (identical to the approval process):

  • If you are registered and logged into Engraffo, you can click Go Live from the Current Status box on your Project page. This action will present users with the option of making your Project live immediately (Live stage) or scheduling a date and time for future activation (the Approved (scheduled) stage).

  • If you are not registered with Engraffo, you will need to contact your publisher or vendor to activate or schedule your Project.
