Publishers retain complete control over article printing and downloading within Engraffo. Printing is enabled at the Project level, whereas downloading is enabled at the asset level.

Enable Project Printing

Printing can be enabled at the onset of Project creation. Printing applies to the entire Project as their are multiple assets that could technically be printed, including article flipbooks, HTML articles, abstracts/summaries, images, and even iFrame content. Choosing to enable print will allow printing of any Project asset.

When creating a new Project, simply toggle on the Can Print option. Similarly, you can click on Manage Project at any time and toggle on the Can Print option.

Enable Article Downloading

Asset downloading is managed at the asset level and there are two ways to enable downloading, which is set to off by default.

If you create an asset during a New Project setup, you can enable downloading right there:

Similarly, you change this setting at any time from your Project page. Simply click on the Assets tab, locate the asset you wish to manage, and click on 'Manage/Modify'.

This will prompt a modal to appear, identical to the modal shown in the New Project setup (pictured above). Click on the Edit button, then toggle on the 'Allow for downloading of the PDF' option.

At any time, you can modify a Project's print and/or download setting.
