Customization requests can be routed through the Project Request module within the Project page. Simply click on the Request tab and click on the Make New Request button.
From the team dropdown, select ‘Engraffo Staff’ and then qualify your request within the message field. Finally, you can attach a file if necessary. Click the Save and Close button to complete your request.
You can initiate multiple requests on any given Project. You will be automatically notified by email when your request is completed or if there is any follow-up communication.
In addition to tracking these requests on your specific Project page, you can track all open Project Requests (across all your Projects) from the Requests section of the application (located on the left side of your screen).
While we encourage all Project-related requests to run through the Project Request module, our support team is available through multiple channels (including Intercom, email, and phone) should you need any additional help.
